If you like you can download all necessary forms prior to coming in and bring those with you when you come. You can decide to be treated that day if you like or it can be a consultation only. If you have been seeing your physician for back and neck pain you can ask for a referral to The Healthy Back Clinic. A large majority of Asheboro’s physicians have already referred patients to us. Most insurance companies do not require a physician order but for those that do you will need to acquire a referral before your insurance will pay, you can call and ask us if your insurance requires a physicians order.
At The Healthy Back Clinic we accept most major insurances. As a courtesy, our specially trained staff will research your coverage and inform you of such details as copays, and number of visits allowed. Some insurances like Medicare require a physicians referral, but most insurances do not require one.
